2. Services

Dr. Josh Therapy Centre provides therapy, counselling, and personal development services for individuals, couples, and families. Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical or psychiatric care. If you are in crisis, please contact emergency services immediately.

3. Bookings & Payments

• Sessions must be paid for before they commence unless otherwise agreed
• Payment is processed securely via Paystack
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session may forfeit the session fee
• We reserve the right to reschedule sessions in exceptional circumstances

4. Confidentiality

All session content is strictly confidential. We will not disclose information shared in sessions without your explicit consent, except where required by law or where there is an immediate risk of harm to you or others.

5. Digital Products

Books purchased from our Library are delivered digitally to your email. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products once delivered. If you experience a delivery issue, contact us within 48 hours.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when booking or making purchases
• Attend sessions at the agreed time or provide adequate notice of cancellation
• Treat practitioners with respect during all interactions
• Not record sessions without explicit consent from your practitioner

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, book content, and branding — is the intellectual property of Dr. Josh Therapy Centre and Josh Gold. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dr. Josh Therapy Centre is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
