Q.What is the difference between a one-time session and a membership?
A one-time session is a single booking with no ongoing commitment — ideal for trying therapy or handling a specific issue. A membership is a monthly subscription that gives you continuous access to therapy. You pay monthly to keep your access active, then request sessions whenever a new challenge arises.
Q.Can I switch from a one-time session to a membership later?
Yes. Many clients start with a single session to experience our approach, then move to a membership for ongoing support. You can sign up for a membership at any time at /membership.
Q.Are online sessions available anywhere in Nigeria?
Yes. All online plans are available to anyone in Nigeria and the diaspora — Port Harcourt, Lagos, Abuja, Akwa Ibom, UK, USA, Canada, and beyond. Physical sessions are at our Port Harcourt centre only.
Q.How do I book a physical session?
Physical sessions are booked online just like online sessions. After booking and payment, our team will confirm your appointment time at our centre at No. 26 Elekahia Road, Port Harcourt.
Q.What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Reschedule requests must be made at least 3 days before your session. Sessions cancelled with less than 3 days notice count as used. Contact us via WhatsApp or your portal messages to make changes.
Q.Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price shown is the price you pay. There are no consultation fees or hidden charges. Membership plans have a one-time registration fee shown clearly on this page.
